We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, Google Workspace for secure storage and email, and our CRM), with lenders or funding partners when you ask us to pursue funding, or when required by law.
Uploaded documents are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in private storage accessible only to Gold Gate Growth. We keep documents only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your documents at any time by emailing us.
If you opt in, Gold Gate Growth LLC may send you text messages about your audit and business funding options. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you'll receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email ross@goldgategrowth.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving the audit or any service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your information by emailing us. Residents of some states may have additional rights under state law.
